Half a lamb (21 lb.). Initial hanging weight payment ($9.99/lb) and ranch handling fee ($30.00) due today only. Final butchering payment information below.
Formula for figuring the price of your farm to table purchase:
Price per pound of animal hanging weight ($8.99/lb) + Ranch Handling ($30.00) + Field Butcher cost ($50.00) + cut and wrap charge ($70.00) (in butcher paper) = Total Cost.
Butcher will contact you directly for cut instructions in late July, and butchering payment is due upon scheduled pickup ($70.00 + $35.00). Request for specific meat cuts, bones, and fat. directly from butcher. Request organ meat upon order (now).
