Whole Sheep greater than 1 year old. Ideal for burger. Flat rate fee for mutton meat.

Formula for figuring the price of your farm to table purchase:

Flat rate whole sheep fee ($200.00) + Ranch Handling ($30.00) + Field Butcher cost ($50.00) + cut and wrap charge ($70.00) (in butcher paper) = Total Cost

** If sheep is greater than 70 lb., butcher fee per lb. will be $1/lb. in addition to initial $70.00 fee.**

Butcher will contact you directly for cut instructions in late July, and butchering payment is due upon scheduled pickup ($70.00 + $50.00). Request for specific meat cuts, bones, and fat. directly from butcher. Organ meat not available for mutton.

Ranch Handling Fee- Processing fee that goes to Bodega Pastures LLC’s laborers.
